The Thompson Companies is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our team. This role will focus mainly on payroll and compliance aspects, including benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This position will work directly with our employees and contacts at various external benefit providers.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Work experience in a related role
Experience with employment laws pertaining to the ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA, etc.
Experience administering employee benefits program
Ability to work with vendors and employees
